The scheme comprises 7 flats in the famous theatre street and Newton St - 9 flats on the corner of High Holborn. These “off site” were constructed as part of the planning deal for “The Hospital” which is housed on the site of the former St Paul’s Hospital in Covent Garden. In addition to SHA’s flats the completed scheme provides recording studios, facilities for video and TV production, restaurants, a gallery, retail units, serviced apartments and office space.
